JayWay travel provides excellent, responsive, and comprehensive service to their clients. Our complicated trip to Greece required multiple transfers, tours, and hotel reservations. It went completely seamlessly with not one single issue or problem. Hotels were nice and exactly how they described and not one single driver our tour guide was late, in fact they were all early! In addition, our local contact went above and beyond for us, organizing excellent last minute excursions, additional rooms, and dinner reservations. I won't hesitate to use JayWay again and will recommend them to friends and family. Amazing company and team!!

Every step along the way of our trip was handled professionally. Ciaran helped us plan the number of days we would spend in each stop, activities we would do at each stop, transportation to and from our stops, and hotels that met our budget. He was always responsive to any questions we had. Shortly after our flight landed in Berlin we met with Neil, the local coordinator of our 12 day trip. While no activities were scheduled with JayWay on that first day, Neil spent a number of hours with us. He gave us a partial walking tour of Berlin venturing into areas our JayWay guide was not planning to cover. Neil also went way above and beyond ordinary service by accompanying us on public transportation to visit the Olympic Stadium, an activity we planned on our own. While we had no direct contact with Neil after the first day, he stayed in contact with us each day to be certain we were aware of what was scheduled, and also to give us ideas for extra activities and restaurants. Every guide and driver JayWay provided for our trip showed up on time, spoke excellent English, and was polite and knowledgable.

JayWay Travel far exceeded our expectations on our recent trip to Croatia. From arranging transportation from our trip's first destination, Venice, to Rovinj, our first destination in Croatia, we knew we were in good hands with our on-site contact Tea. Planning the trip with Melita was a pleasure. The hotels she helped us select were all wonderful - - unique and convenient as they were all in or adjoining the historic towns. Many were family owned and we got to know the owners and hear their stories. Also, the excursions Melita suggested were wonderful. We especially liked the all day tours to Istria (from Rovinj), Trogir (from Split) and Hvar. The guides were amazing and we learned much about the history and culture from them. JayWay also suggested restaurants and made reservations both at those they suggested and others we found ourselves. Both during the planning phase and while on the trip, Melita and Tea were professional, responsive and fun to work with. They truly listened to us and understood what we wanted to get out of our trip. The JayWay guest page was a very helpful resource.

JayWay Travel is a first-class company. They were very easy to contact. They listened and acted on our interests and needs for our stays in Prague, Vienna and Budapest. They did a first-rate job selecting the hotels we stayed in. They did a great job arranging our travel needs. The guides they selected were excellent, both in what they knew and how comfortable we were spending so much time with them. (They are included in our pictures.) We give JayWay five stars in all regards. We will use them again in the future.
