JayWay Travel took care of EVERYTHING from design of our trip until we were delivered back to the airport to come home. We experienced first class service and experiences and hotels, and they made it all easy so we could enjoy every moment.

We recently returned from a 13 day vacation in Croatia planned by JayWay. We had an amazing time and the trip ran so smoothly thanks to JayWay's help along the way. During the initial itinerary planning stage the JayWay contacts were extremely responsive and provided insightful guidance. Their online itinerary portal is amazing! So much helpful info included from our official itinerary to general info about each city that we referenced throughout our trip. We discovered several activities we otherwise would not have through them. These turned out to be some of our favorite and most memorable excursions from the trip! JayWay took the work out of planning our international vacation and we couldn't be more grateful. We will definitely book our next vacation through JayWay!

We just returned from Croatia on a trip planned with JayWay. It was amazing! JayWay makes it super easy to plan a trip from start to finish. Every detail is taken care of, communication is clear and detailed, friendly, responsive and helpful. We felt very prepared going into the trip having the thorough itinerary in hand. When little changes needed to happen along the way our Croatian rep was very responsive and helpful. This is our second trip with JayWay and will continue to travel with them in the future. They take their knowledge of the areas and worked with us to provide a personalized trip that we loved!

The JayWay Travel experience was excellent end to end. Their employees both stateside in the US and in Europe were very responsive and provided great insights to help make our trip a wonderful experience. The online tour itinerary tool is top-notch and was used often before and during our trip. We visited Frankfort, Munich, Vienna and Prague in July utilizing JayWay's services.

My husband and I are recently back from a spectacular, 16-day tour of the Baltics (plus Helsinki). I would unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend JayWay Travel to anyone looking for a trusted agent to plan their vacation. Fantastic service, excellent value for the money. My husband and I are seasoned global travelers, but we’re also busy professionals, and simply didn’t have the time to plan our own Baltics adventure. We took a leap of faith and outsourced the trip planning to JayWay Travel based on the reviews we read - and we are so happy we did. The trip exceeded our expectations on every front! The trip was the perfect balance of fun, adventure, and learning about the history, culture, and food of these beautiful and unique countries. We did the capital cities (Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius) but also loved our time in smaller locals like Parnu and Klaipedia. If you've never been to the Curonian Spit, go! What a gorgeous, fascinating, strategic piece of geography! Special shout out to our in-region expert, Igor, who helped smooth over any very minor travel bumps we encountered. We will absolutely be repeat customers! Thanks, JayWay, for a truly epic experience!

We had really good experience with JayWay Travel planning our trip to Greece and Venice. Everything went so smooth and easy! The personal attention that was paid to us made us feel like royalty! Easy communication, great planning, personal attention, great accommodation to customer needs! And prompt answers to all our questions! The local contacts are very experienced and provide help and guidance all through your trip. We certainly will use them again!

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the JayWay team and all the people they assigned to us. Our trip went very smoothly and was more enjoyable because of their expert planning and organization. I hope to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service and very effective communication. They were able to help us quickly resolve several last-second travel issues and changes to our plan, which I couldn’t have imagined doing on our own through multiple separate parties. Good experiences and great hotels. My only suggestion: I would recommend they expand their suggested restaurants lists.
