JayWay TravelReviews of jaywaytravel.com

I happened to stumble upon JayWay Travel online. I was planning to take a trip to Italy and decided to seek their assistance. During my life I have lived in Italy for a year and I have travelled there at least 4 more times. JayWay was amazing. They helped guide me on my trip concerning best places to travel. They arranged for transfers to and from all airports. They set up daily excursions; each one was better than the next. They helped choose my hotels. They offer 24 hour support when you are in Europe and also during the preparation stage of your trip. They give great advice on tipping and other helpful hints. If I take another trip to Europe I will use them again. I will admit to being skeptical at first abouit JayWay because I had never heard of them, however, they were 100% spot on from beginning to end.

The personalized service is second to none. JayWay just doesn't put together a trip, they ensure the memories of a lifetime. They are responsive, flexible and thoroughly professional. We will happily continue to work with JayWay.

Our JayWay Travel experience was outstanding—everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we felt completely safe and supported every step of the way. As first-time Italy visitors, we truly appreciated the personalized guidance that made exploring Italy feel effortless and enriching.

JayWay has always been reliable and very helpful in the planning and during the trip. The tours they recommend are always very well done. Our local representative has been available for questions and concerns during every stop of our trip.

JayWay Travel provides travelers with the best hotel options, excursion opportunities, and customer care. They provide seamless, professional service while allowing you to plan your own adventure. We have traveled twice using this company (Croatia, Italy, and Greece), and they exceeded our expectations everyday.

JayWay was just about the best travel arranger I have ever used. They organized a private tour to the Balkans for a friend and me. It was flawless!! Great hotels, guides, drivers, itinerary--everything.

Our trip to Poland and Lithuania was perfect in every way. From the very 1st step when we contacted Jay Way they were with us every moment until we finally came home. I cannot recommend them more highly than I have. Their guides, their drivers, their presence, their hotels, their staff, every single one was exceptional.

We traveled to Croatia. JayWay Travel did a great job with our itinerary. It was very detailed and easy to read and use. It featured wonderful recommendations such as restaurants and additional excursions. The hotels were top notch as well.
