Unacceptable warranty policies, even if you are willing to pay for repair, they will just tell you to buy a new one. Very slow and immature responses from the customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE. you are screwed if the product is out of warranty no repairs services and not even a priority.

I bought expensive earphones from Jaybird that broke down after a short and moderate usage. Their customer support doesn't even care to respond.

Don't touch this company or their products. Absolutely shocking customer service with zero product support. Bought my headphones several months back and they now won't charge or power on. Useless advise from CS (nothing you can't find on Google) then refusal to repair or replace. Nominal offering of 15% discount on new units. When I questioned this as being an insignificant offering from a premium product I was advise "sorry, your case is now closed. Goodbye" Will replace my units with the competitors product hopefully this weekend.

Jaybird Freedom's died after 3 months of usage. I had previously purchased the Jaybird earbuds, but they died after a year's usage. The company replaced them before the 2 year (lifetime warranty) was up. I received the Freedoms, and after using them for 3 months, they just died. The extra battery light comes on, but the Jaybirds don't turn on. I spoke to support, and they can't replace the originals because they're out of warranty. HOW THE HECK can a brand new pair of ear buds die after 3 months if they're supposed to last, at least 2 years. I would never buy this product again and neither should you. They're not sweat proof. I work out every day or 6 days a week for 2 hours. I sweat a lot when I do Cross-Fit circuit type workouts. These buds went through the ringer and they did not survive.

They offer me a £20 discount if a fill a survey on my next purchase since I've cancelled my previous one because they didn't have the product in stock, then it's been a month dealing with them to get the promo discount and buy the headphones. I feel like I've been waiting for too long now, very disappointed.

Customer service is shocking, product is poor - avoid.

Jaybird Freedom set bought 3 sets. 2 of them stopped working, got them replaced from ExperienceHeadphones. The new pair stopped working after 2 weeks AGAIN. Contacted Jaybird to see what can be done. They suggested the X2...WHY?!!

4:30 hours on live chats/email/phone to get a shipment resent that should have been here two weeks ago. Hung up on me multiple times. If it were not for kelly an awsome lady that knows the system (flawed as it might be) helped me finally get it resent, but it will take another 7-10 days to get here and it was theeeeee biggest hassle of my online customer experience life. Its a shame really, I love the headphones but jaybird will not get another penny from me until they fix this shitstorm. Honestly i like to consider myself even tempered person. Rarely have i ever been so mad in my life. This is the first negative review i have ever made that is how livid i am.. I hope people take this into consideration before purchasing these headphones. If nothing else i will save you the pain of working through their website and advise that you pay the extra 10 bucks and get them on amazon prime. YOUR WELCOME
