Product good at first but having had 4 sets in 5 years. All failing a matter of weeks outside the one year guarantee. If you expect Any customer Service in the UK you can forget it. Don't bother writing because you will NEVER get an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Absolutely appalling service with flashy website how2 content etc. Try to get problem engaged with? No chance. Life is way too short for the how much you can come to HATE jaybird

I have owned every version of the Bluebuds. From the original to the 4’s. I recently had contacted customer support ( in August ) about the wires being worn through to the copper at the cinch clips. An area that doesn’t even rub my neck. Because they were two months out of warranty, they allowed a “ one time, out of warranty replacement “. TWO MONTHS LATER I have the same issues with the new pair. I again contacted customer support and submitted photos but because these came as a replacement with no warranty, even though brand new, they could do nothing. They offered me a 30% discount from their site only. I explained I could buy them from Amazon, even without the discount, cheaper. I asked them were they not willing to stand behind their product, but he apologized, said he was sorry I was no longer going to buy their products, and wished me a good day. TERRIBLE.

They really do scam you when you try and claim on the 'life time sweat warranty'. They really do not have warranties, and I have caught them out on lies they've told me.

Few weeks ago I ordered Jaybirds X3 buds with order ID 9464558809. I have made payment. However, my order was suddenly cancelled without any notification. I have already asked the customer service for many times and asked them about the explanation. The customer service have very bad response and the customer service, which the name is Poornima, answered me that they reviewed this internally without give me any additional information about the returning payment or delivering products. I sent email again to ask about that but there were no responses. Very bad service.

Bought the new Vistas. They arrived unable to pair with any bluetooth device and after a week the left bud just stopped turning on at all. I called and they said I would have to return them and then they would ship a replacement in 3-5 business days. They then emailed me to say it would take 7-10 business days. I called and the new customer service rep said that Jaybird refuses to pay for expedited shipping in these types of cases because it's not "economical". That would only be true if they are constantly replacing broken products. Terrible customer service. This was my first and last purchase--which I will be returning whenever I finally receive it.

Bought the Tarah pro, great product (although less battery time than claimed), but it's irrelevant because of the stupid charger. It's incredibly small, easy to lose and impossible to replace since no retailers sell it and the jaybird store (which only recently started to sell it) is ALWAYS out of stock.

Appalling quality and by far the worst customer service I have ever come across. How they get away with it, I do not know. Stay clear ... these people are scammers!

Ordered a charger on the 29th of May. Had to contact several times the customer support because I had no news. My order was never shipped. I was left with no explanation and an order cancelled on July the 17th. After a last contact and complain to the customer service, there has been no news from them. I don’t recommend at all. And I still have to find a charger. What a waste of time.
