Bought some Jaybird Freedom earphones a few days ago and I can't even register for warranty cover, apparently the website has been down for ages. Considering the cost of these earphones I think it is the service is dreadful.

I received a significant discount for the X3 headphones as a military appreciation promotion. I ordered them but never received them although UPS reflected the package "delivered". I contacted customer support and was told to submit a lost package claim with UPS. I did, but UPS will not reimburse unless the sender submits the claim. The package was never found and Jaybird told me I was out of luck. I submitted a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered and closed without any reply from Jaybird. I ended up losing the money completely and buying a different company's product.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No response to any of emails on my faulty earphones for over a month. No answers to my calls to the uk call centre. The X3s seem good to begin with, however they deteriorate after a few weeks, connectivity is shaky, the battery dies and sweat proofing is dubious as cannot even turn them on anymore after having replacements 3 weeks.

Don't provide replacement parts to Australia, though they do elsewhere. Instead make you pay for a full 'accessories kit' and shipping when you only need one part. Rediculous when they sell their products here yet don't provide the same services.

International customers be warned. The headphones I received from Amazon seemed decent while they lasted (1 week) however due to a ridiculous policy set by Jaybird and a combination of poor customer service, Jaybird will only ship replacement parts to a US address. So those who live outside of the US will have an issue if anything goes wrong with their product or you need a replacement part. Unfortunately after 1 week of owning these headphones the unique charging mechanism that charges these headphones was damaged (purely my own fault) but because of the companies strict sending policy, this has rendered this pair of $100 headphones useless. For international buyers I would definitely avoid this company and spend your money wisely on a truly global company.

I sent my headphone in over 2 months ago for warranty. Still haven't even received shipping confirmation. Doesn't look like I'll ever get them back.

It's a massing shame because I've had just jaybird soft the last 3 years and they have been great. But since Logitech took over the customer service side it's been so bad. At point of sale I was told I got international warranty. But since Logitech took over they have now changed the rules and are not willing to replace my broke jaybird freedoms that I've had for 6 months and paid £169 for. I have a problem with them when I first had them and they changed them straight away no problem but that was with the old jaybird team sorting it out. I've heard a lot more bad reviews of late and I would recommend getting the new beats and airpods as you know where you stand with them companies when it comes to warranty and build quality.
