Communication was lacking, but I received all 3 chairs within 2 weeks of ordering. I am happy that they all came at the same time and were in perfect condition. I have also left a review for the chairs specifically.

Thanks for your comment and let us know the situation of your order. First of all, we have to say sorry for keeping you waiting and could totally understand how you feel. We never want this to happen. As you can see that we handle the parcel to FedEx within 24 hours after receiving your order and mail you back when we receive your message to solve this. But FedEx didn't make it somehow even we pushed carrier to ship quicker. We found that the parcels have been delivered successfully later. In your case, we have reported this issue to FedEx to avoid this again. Please check the items you received, and mail us back any time any where if there is any further questions. Have a nice day! -- Jaxpety Service Team

Easy to assemble. Comfortable but firm. Not as wide as a twin mattress but very nice to sleep on. Slept on it the first night, and had a good rest. Excellent color and good quality.
