Received my master kit three days ago in excellent time considering Covid-19. Want to get that chiseled face I had in my twenties and thirties. Already making a difference. Mine was supposed to be beginner, intermediate.and advanced but intermediate was not there but I got the elite. I am happy with that. This is the greatest idea for the facial muscles. Wish I would of discovered it sooner. I will tell everyone I can. Thanks for such a great product.

IT REALLY WORKSSS

I would've given no stars if it was possible. I ordered the total transformation kit with priority shipping well over a week ago. It still has not shipped. When I contact customer service/Brandon I get generic responses. Finally to keep me from emailing again they created a shipping label and said my order was on its way. When you check the tracking number they never shipped it. They simply create a shipping label and say it's on it's way but USPS never receives the package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They take your money and never ship the product. Edit: Almost immediately after I submitted my review I received an email stating they shipped it last Thursday and today is Wednesday. I paid for priority shipping and it was supposedly shipped from Huntsville, AL to Roswell, GA. It was never shipped. When you check the tracking number it shows they never delivered it to USPS. They simply made a shipping label. This company has poor business practices. I shipped something to my brother from Roswell, GA last Tuesday and he received it by the end of the week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! Edit #2: After replying to the email they promptly cancelled my order and supposedly refunded me. I'll update this when I see the credit hit my bank account. Long story short...they lied to me. They stated it was shipped when it didn't.
