I’m really pleased with this product. Unfortunately, I bit through it after a couple of months (that’s how much I used it), but the company kindly sent me a replacement. This is really strengthening my jaw and I think is straightening it out.

Product besteld en betaald. Echter komt niet aan. Na vragen om refund ivm niet leveren alleen de transportkosten retour. 28,- verdampt en slechte helpdesk. Niet bestellen hier.

They do not inform at the checkout that the VAT is not paid when you order from outside of the US. The ship from the US which was not known to me as well. The customs duty and VAT paid when ordering to the European Union more than doubled the price paid initially. The customer service refused a refund when I rejected the delivery and intended to wait 14 days for automatic return to the sender. DHL which they use was not able to present any customs declaration and calculation how customs duty and VAT were done. Overall big disappointment.

Jawzrsize did not mention the full cost of shipping. Additional TAV, which was not stated on the webstore nor purchase confirmation, was taxed later by the import company as well as an additional 42€ as additional shipping cost. I feel scammed and am sad to have such an expierence buying from Jawzrsize.
