I did not imagine that I would be leaving this review, being how eager and excited I was to use this product, but here we are. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company, unless you never plan to receive it. I ordered the Total Transformation Kit with Priority shipping, however, that must mean that they discard your order entirely. I understand that COVID is an issue everywhere at the moment, but if you keep scrolling, there are plenty of people who ordered after I did with standard rate shipping and received theirs with no issue. I ordered this product April 27th and today is May 5.. does that sound like 2-4 business day shipping? Customer Service is basically useless. I applied via the website to be contacted, no contact. I emailed the support line, no help. The only emails I've received are automated BS to hold me over. I work in the transportation industry and being in a regional position, I see no professionalism in not at least personally contacting your customers. I can think of a lot of other ways to waste $120.

Today after waiting since April 14, 2020, finally, my order arrived! What we received was wn kit, no lanyards, no carrying case. How do I feel? Shortchanged, mistreated, and as far as I know, it is an incomplete order from a company that is cutting corners at the customer’s expense. I do no to recommend buying from them and hope that some other more prominent company will buy them out and save the concept or product! My rating is -1,000! Zero commitment. The website says 7-21 business days for international order. Day 30 and package Only moved from Alabama to Chicago. And Still No help, all according to plan according to jawzr. His crash probably damaged more than jaw

Amazing product, and if you read below I will tell you why. They have absolutely wonderful customer support. My first purchase was prompt in being shipped. USPS dropped the ball a bit, but that is not on Jawzrsize. 3 days after use, my dog caught attention of me enjoying my 'chew toy', and stole it off my nightstand. He destroyed it. I contacted support and although there was no warranty, they took great care of me. This was also over the weekend, mind you. I ended up purchasing the transformation kit. I even made a mistake during my order, cancelled by contacting support again, and was able to quickly re-order in less than 24 hours while it still being the weekend. The product is amazing even after only 3 days of use and they care greatly about their customers. Plus, it's made here in the USA. What else could you want? 5/5 I will update yall in 30 days.

I have struggled with TMJ and grinding my teeth at night. Over the years it has changed my facial structure and my once loved jaw line. I found Jawcersize and it is literally giving me my confidence back and showing actual physical results. Starting to look myself again.

Ordered my product and even after a month waiting, i still haven’t received it. My opinion of the company may change depending on the outside of my claim, which I hope includes the cost of shipping

My mouth piece is not working the white plastic it melts in the hot water .
