I love these products! As I worked through the levels I really felt the strength of my jaw improving making it much easier for my jaw to relax especially when sleeping or reading. I also wear these products when I work out. I highly recommend these products!

Update, they finally refunded my order after posting this review. I ordered the master set and instead of receiving the set I ordered I received a piece meal set in the wrong colors without a container that they fit in. In it was a note saying they would correct the order if I desired. I responded and reached out as directed and they refuse to respond to my emails, send me the correct order, or refund my money. Very poor service and lied. I would be willing to try the product and leave a better review, but after this experience I don't want to support a company that treats its customers this way.

Shocking customer service Lost twice apparently and at no point did I get an apology or any help ....I had to chase and chase to get a refund......having a good product is one thing but looking after your customers will make it succeed

Aloha While reviewing the email communications. I see that your package was lost in transit. Not only did we apologize for the mistake we also refunded you and sent out another order in hopes it wouldn’t get lost the second time around. The second order placed is showing it got delivered on the 22nd as well. I do apologize that you didn’t have in your opinion the best experience, but we did everything to communicate with you and try to get your package and it seems the second time it went though =)
