They do not inform at the checkout that the VAT is not paid when you order from outside of the US. The ship from the US which was not known to me as well. The customs duty and VAT paid when ordering to the European Union more than doubled the price paid initially. The customer service refused a refund when I rejected the delivery and intended to wait 14 days for automatic return to the sender. DHL which they use was not able to present any customs declaration and calculation how customs duty and VAT were done. Overall big disappointment.

The plastic split shorty after using it. I reached out to the company to inform them and they didn't want to know about it.

Ordered the product. Charged my card. Item never came. When I reached out, even after sending the credit card statement where it clearly shows the charge relating to their company, said they could not find my order. Their resolutions was for me to cancel the charge with the card provider (AMEX). Fortunately, my card provider is good about these things, but cannot help but think this was fraud in some way.

Took a month for my order to arrive, when it arrived i noticed that its the EXACT one you can buy from temu for £2, sold it to me for £40.

Ordered their product from Amazon. It was delivered timely and was well packaged. But it did not include any instruction on how to use the product. With no instructions, it ended up in the garbage. I contacted the company and all I was told was “ we’re sorry”. They don’t include instructions after I purchase their product and pay for it and they say sorry. Very poor customer service! If you’re thinking of a product like this, order from another brand. Update. I placed an order through this companies site. They charged my card and claimed they shipped my order but when I inquired to the carrier, they said they had no record of the shipment. Stay far away! Emailed them again as they stole my money. Got no response. This is a scammer company! Order from their competitors
