Bicicletta ottima ed arrivata veloce ma servizio clienti assente proprio, non mi hanno mandato nemmeno la fattura, è da una settimana che scrivo e-mail ma niente, devo fare un bonus mobilità ma senza una fattura non me lo concedono. Assistenza pessima. Voglio delle spiegazioni.

We bought the X50 which was delivered within a weeks time. The frame was scratched? We got compensated. After 200 km the engine started to make strange squeaking noises. We got sent a new wheel. After 1000km the contoller burned out. We got sent a new one. Customer service is responding fast and result oriented. Resuming: Good specs. affordable bikes, but with questionable quality, compensated by excellent customer service!
