Jansno E-bikesReviews of jansno.com

I’ve been using my Jansno X80 MAX for my daily journeys, and overall I’m very satisfied with the bike. It’s powerful, comfortable and enjoyable to ride, even on rough roads. The dual-motor system is impressive, and the bike is well suited to my needs. I experienced a minor clicking noise around the crank and pedal area, as well as an issue with the lighting connection. In both cases, the Jansno customer support team responded promptly and provided helpful advice and guidance. I was able to identify and fix the lighting issue myself by reconnecting a loose connector. I really appreciate the team’s responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to help. Good after-sales support makes a big difference, and my experience with Jansno has been positive. Overall, I’m happy with my X80 MAX and look forward to continuing to use it for my daily journeys. I would recommend considering this bike to anyone looking for a powerful and versatile electric bike. Stefano C

Jansno E-bikes, they are professional, they reply you asap, I ordered some replacement parts, after checks from their side, they sent me back the replacement parts. I would recommend this to the new ebike lovers to come and buy E-bikes from Jansno.

Ottima bici

I ordered Jansno x70 for daily courier work. Bike arrived to Netherlands from Germany within 9 days. I use it quite a lot (40 to 50 hours per week) in different weather conditions - and it performs amazingly. When I contacted Jansno for support with problems on the bike - they sent the replacement parts as soon as I provided proof of the problem. Parts from China take only 10 days to come to the Netherlands, and Jansno provided international tracking for every part they sent. I am very happy with the bike, and with the customer support - and I will continue to shop with Jansno brand :)

Very satisfied with the service and quick response.....

Non accettano il reso nonostaste nella loro policy sia previsto entro 7 giorni. Loro invece mostrano una pagina di policy in inglese dove dichiarano di non accettare il reso a meno che la ebike sia inguidabile. Aperto controversia paypal e in attesa.

Company debied refund on a product damaged in shipment. Offered me a few hundred dollars to get a frame welded locally. Not my idea of an acceptable solution when the bike arrived with serious damage and unsafe. Buy at your own risk. Company does not stand by their product. I own three othe e bikes and can confidently say this is a low quality product. Again, buy at your own risk. I'm out $1000 and you could be next.

I would like to thank the Jansno after-sales support team for the excellent service I received. Shortly after receiving my X60 display, the NFC cards stopped working despite numerous tests and troubleshooting on my part. I then contacted customer support and provided several videos clearly demonstrating the issue. After reviewing the video evidence and the information I submitted, Jansno's after-sales support team immediately approved a complete replacement of the display. This showed me that my case was taken seriously and handled professionally. The replacement was shipped quickly, all costs were covered by Jansno, and I was not required to return the original display. Communication was always courteous, prompt, and efficient throughout the entire process. I have now received the replacement display, installed it, and performed multiple tests. The NFC cards are working perfectly, and everything is functioning exactly as expected. In my opinion, the true quality of a company is revealed when a problem occurs. In my case, Jansno honored its warranty, carefully reviewed the evidence I provided, and resolved the issue professionally. Thank you to the entire Jansno team for your excellent after-sales support. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
