Jansno E-bikesReviews of jansno.com

Nothing ever didn't go wrong with Jansno...Warranties are not real or supported, so...Don't ever buy this Ebike...Time alone and pimples growing throughout your Skin is not worth the idea of the purchase...it will cost you a lot of extra money too...Stay away from it!!! SCAMMERS!

I researched the hell out of this bike before taking the leap because I liked what people where saying about the excellent customer service and my kids liked the look of them . Well i ended up ordering one in the morning and then another in the afternoon with a few accessories . Got a purchase notification later only for the second order which said the item was shipped , then later some guy from China messages me and says free shipping on the first bike was now actually going to cost me and extra $300 . I told him to cancel both orders which he said he couldn't because they where already on the way , to which I replied I would be sending it back once they arrived , THEN he says alright , I'll refund you then ( even though he said he'd already sent them ) WHAT a bunch of scammers these people are , I'm glad I didn't facilitate them in anyway .

Janobike e20, acquistata presso Amazon. Motore distrutto dopo appena 1080 km. Inutili i miei reclami su Amazon. Bicicletta pagata 900€ da buttare via. VERGOGNA !

Profondamente delusa!!

Fun bike, great value for money, excellent post sales service from Parko Lin

Perfect bike, perfect Support, perfect service! I love that thing…

Very nice bikes, fast and high quality materials. The headlights are like cars. On off road tracks, it works very well
