I ordered 2 helmets the 7th of Apri. I received a order fulfillment email for one of them that same day and the other on the 8th. One helmet arriveved on the 14th, I could not find a tracking number for the other. Sent an email and after 24 hrs called as they did not respond to my email. Completely disinterested employee had to call me back. Could offer no explanation as to why the helmet had not shipped, said they did their part by sending the order to the factory, but the order would ship on the 18th. Filed a complaint about the service and received and obvious canned response, oh we are so sorry we will make sure this does not happen again. Waited until today, still no tracking number contact customer service via emai., told order being processed it would ship in 3 to 5 days. What I was told it would ship the 18th. Again. No resolution , terribly sorry. I recommend you avoid this company.

The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days). Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!

First of all if I could post less than a star I would. My biggest regret is that I did not read the other reviews before ordering. Anyone who orders from these people is asking for trouble. I bought two leather saddle bags a while back from Jafrum, which they still sell today. Unfortunately the did not fit the bike I had. I kept them in the original boxes in my garage...UNUSED. I recently got a bike they fit and put them on. I had them on for maybe two months or less than 500 miles. I put me and my girlfriends valuables in them and drove about 20 min to a UCLA game. Soon as I parked I realized the bag was gone. Panicking I went back and drove the whole route twice to look for it. Not fun driving and looking. Put up signs, an ad on craigslist, went to the police station...everything. The only way this could have fallen off the bike is the zipper just came undone. I emailed Jafrum to kindly ask if there was anything they could do considering that the lost bag had nothing to do with me. They asked for the receipt, order number etc, which I furnished. They give me the "its out of warranty and we don't carry that model anymore (since 2014)". First of all they do carry it, cause I went on their site and it is listed for the same price just with a different number. The point is this isn't a bag that had been used with a bunch of miles on it. LESS THAN TWO MONTHS! I told them the zipper would come undone if it was 100 years ago or 100 from now, but they refuse to accept any responsibility. Never mind the fact that all our stuff is gone and I am just asking about one bag. Don't waste your money with these people. If something goes wrong they will hang you out to dry.

They advertise free size exchanges - yet when you need to do so they instruct you to return the items - AT YOUR OWN COST AND TIME and re-order. They don't even offer a return label. Women's motorcycle jacket rated as their best seller was garbage and sized three sizes too small. I called about the return and to attempt to exchange boots for a different size and style and in the end was told I was making things difficult by JEFF after expressing frustration with the hassle filled "no hassle return" policy. Ended up spending an hour researching returns and will pay 22.00 to return the items. Ordered boots from Cyclegear instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I just received my jacket yesterday and it is complete garbage! The "ballistic nylon" is thinner material than my backpack. The video claims that it has CE approved back armor but in reality it comes with a useless foam pad! The armor on the shoulders and elbows moves around a lot! When I bend my elbows it does not line up around the center because the pocket which holds the armor is too wide. The width of the sleeves are too wide. All that armor shifting around would definitely not protect your joints in a crash! The collar is itchy because no soft material was added at the placement of the Adams apple. There's also no flexibility at the armpits and the stitching was done poorly. Overall, I suggest purchasing something more expensive & a well known brand because you're going to get excellent quality at your local Motorsports store. Now I have to pay almost $25 just to ship it back and get my refund! This is unfortunate and ridiculous! Don't be foolish like me! Save yourself the time/money and shop locally so you can actually try on the product and see every detail in person. It will also help you out if you have a problem regarding warranty because you could just take it back to the store instead of having to pay shipping just to send it for your warranty. I would comment on sizing but I'm aware that everyone's body fits a different way so I'll leave that out of my review.

After 2 purchases through them, I can pretty much confidently say that they're the worst quality motorcycle company i have ever dealt with. Not only did they make me wait 2 and a half weeks to get my helmet through them, but they also manufacture their own line of products and i cannot stress to stay away from them anymore. I purchased one of their chaps and am very disappointed to say that you can't rely on them. The zipper pocket on the chaps is so unreliable that I lost my house keys and some pocket change. Don't let the low price and big promises fool you, they're nothing but a sham company that doesn't care about quality. Jafrum is the reason why I believe in buying quality gear now, shell out a extra few bucks and avoid the hassle.

Excellent customer service "Old School" shop they still remember it's the customer that makes their business. Oh and it helps to have great products at reasonable prices thrown in with great service. 5 BY 5 you can't go wrong.

I've made a number of purchases from Jafrum over the past year or so and have not had the slightest disappointment in the prices, service, products, fit or delivery. Yea me!!
