Ordered two vest- loved them however one didnt work. I paid to ship it back and waited patiently for my refund. Ive called, emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable! Hopefully you like up your order- youll be fine then- but if a return is needed you will be disappointed!

I ordered jacket below Nov 2017, but it was too big. I have been trying to get a refund since. Jafrum customer service does not answer, but has returned calls when leaving a voice mail. However, regardless of what they say - it has yet to become fact! Also, contact through Jafrum.com site is nothing but a rat race with no cheese! It has been 3 months & when I do speak to customer service - the "Priority" placed on my refund seems to have no effect to the actual happening. Very frustrated & while I will continue my refund request with Jafrum, I will seek ways to post my dissatisfaction of poor customer service/refund for all to heed by.
