I ordered parts on 02/28/2019 and I have been waiting for an article for this order and my invoice. It's been over a year. No response to my many emails. They are not serious and they are crooks (paid part and never sent with the reason that this product is out of stock. To avoid not serious

Perfect transaction, quality OEM parts, best price compared to every other online vendor, delivered to my door within 5 business days of placing the order. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you very much!

On a large order, I had 4 identical parts also. They had 3, 1 was back order. First issue, they held the entire order. When it was over due I called and was told one item was holding up the entire order. I told them to CANCEL the back order, I'd source it elsewhere, and send the rest. My order was finally sent, all good. About 2 weeks later the back ordered item shows up. Still no big deal, figure they would just say send it back and we we will credit you. NOPE, I was told no. And the guy was a d!@k about it when I asked for his manager. Nobody ever contacted me back. It took weeks and at least 10 phone calls to get the manager. He gave me a return label and I was happy to be done. But NOPE again, they refunded me 10.00 short! I'm only here now because I'm looking for their phone number again and found this page. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. There are so many other options out there. I will never buy here again. I highly suggest you don't either if you want your order done right and god help you if you need to contact somebody for help after the sale.

Only place that had the part I needed, inexpensive, and arrive 5 days earlier than expected. Despite other reviews I read about bad service and delivery I decided to order with them and glad I did.

I talked to Brad to assure my order was going to arrive on time and it did with all components. Cant't beat the price! Maybe make shipping notifications come quicker and less people would keep giving bad reviews, other than that thank you MRCycles!

Placed my order and I didn't even get a confirmation email, so I took a screenshot of the order incase my order gets lost. 5 days and all I saw is "In Progress" !!! Okay then what?? So I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude, asked about my order on Thursday and he said they're waiting on one more part which will take 2 days, I said alright. Called on Monday and the same dude answered and said exactly the same thing plus he hung up the phone on me! What a great costumer service. I was gonna let it go but I thought I about it for a minute and I said why would I do business with people that wouldn't even appreciate my business with you. So I'm paying you to parts and you want to be an a$$hole with me?? No I'm not sorry I canceled my order and went with much better company that respect the business and honest!
