Friendly and great customer service ....Thank you

Very pleasant experience. Ismail took the time to assist me with correct sizing of my helmet and jacket. Definitely recommend Jafrum for motorcycle gear.

The best products, prices and service that you will find. We Love Jafrum!!!

They promise "Fast international Shipping" and I´m waiting since over a month. FedEx told me to contact the sender, Jafrum and Jafrum told me to contact FedEx. I´ll never order again there.

Even if they didn't have the exact product I was looking for, their alternatives were just as sufficient and in a recent visit of mine, actually saved us money!

I have shopped online and in person at Jafrum. Awesome store!! Great selection, prices, and service. I will be doing a lot of business here I give them my full recommendation.

So helpful and fit our budget. Thank you.

I actually have had the sale rep. stop me to show me a item that was more affordable than the 1 I was looking at; explaining to me the more expensive 1 had features I wasn't looking for and the 1 he found was perfect with No less quality, Thanks Jafrum for caring about all aspects of Customer Satisfaction. We don't find this service everywhere, Thanks, JAFRUM!
