The course on solar installation was very through from theory to in-the-weeds about code variations. Surprised that the narrative went that deep since the questions were very base oriented.
Since CEUs are a requirement, I usually look for NEC updates or revisions, then choose a newer added section where I need to improve my knowledge. I found the solar interesting and informative, and even though the Jade format has changed over the years they have maintained a good balance between content and value.

Audio option is brilliant.
The chapter audio option was the deciding factor. Tired of sitting around taking CE classes. I work and listen. No loss of time and $$. Just pause and take the chapter test. One earbud while I work and get my CE done. Brilliant !

Thank you, Timothy! We love hearing that the audio option worked so well for you — being able to learn on the go is something we're proud to offer. See you next time!

Class was fine
Class was fine. Reporting of hours to state board was dreadful. My hours were not reported for two weeks. I called several times and spoke to multiple representatives. All of them said they were working on it , but absolutely nothing was done r or reported. I had to eventually contact the state board myself to get my hours reported. The only upside to that was , the person I spoke to at the board had already had so many complaints and issues with Jade, they added my hours immediately
Response from JADE LearningJul 16, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Jarod. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with your hour reporting — that is not the experience we strive to provide. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we'll use this feedback to make things better.

Like the old setup where I can read a page, one page per question then answer. Also being able to complete the course before I have to pull my credit card out and pay.
