Very dissatisfied with the new FUSION…
Very dissatisfied with the new FUSION Learning Management System. Have used JADE Learning for many years for my electrical licenses CE's. Will find a different source to do all my Continue Education courses.

It was way to hard to navigate verses…
It was way to hard to navigate verses the old Jade learning platform. And I don’t like paying up front . So I’ll be going to a sit in class from now on . Thanks.

DO NOT USE JADE
I could not access the course I just purchased. Would not let me log-in or create an account. Said my e-mail was already being used. I must have used Jade in the past, no big deal I thought. Reset my password then tried to log-in, still would not me log-in. Called customer service and they tell me I need to create a new email just to use the service i just paid for. Not just that, but if I where to purchase another service in the future I would need to make additional e mails for each future service. Unreal.

Since the takeover of Fusion Certus
Since the takeover of Fusion Certus, the interface, learning platform, design, website performance, content etc is absolutely just rubbish compared to the old Jade Learning.

Jade did not report my 14 hour course…
Jade did not report my 14 hour course properly to DBPR, it took me hours on the phone with them and all they had to do was send a simple fax, they failed on reporting and customer service.

The worst CE platform out there, avoid at all costs
The worst CE platform out there, if you hold more than one state license do not even try to use this place, if you call, expect 15-30minute wait times only to be hung up on, and the online chat, they do not read your response and answer at random, you will end up wasting even more time. The courses are old and boring as well.

Obvious that JADE has sold
Obvious that JADE has sold, not the same company I have been dealing with for many many years. (Sad) Chances are this will not even be read by a human but technology. (1) Took forever to submit credit hours to ncbec. (2) Online tests are challenging to navigate and must listen to entire video before entering questions. (3) you have a limited time to take the online tests (4) you have to pay for the online tests upfront. (5) when calling to speak with someone they were not from the United States of America.
