Have had trouble logging in my account…
Have had trouble logging in my account every since they went to the new system. Have to email customer service to reset the account. Today and last time I used it for CEU courses.

We're sorry for the ongoing trouble logging into your account, Ric. We know switching to a new platform can be tricky at first — you'll want to log in using the email address you registered with and the password you created during registration on the new system. Be sure you're using the correct link for the new platform, since credentials from the old system won't carry over, and it's worth double-checking that autofill isn't pulling in old saved login info.

I use jade learning every time I need…
I use jade learning every time I need to renew my certification, this one by far was the hardest .. the 16 hr NEC changes was more like a 32 hr course .. the sections were too long and trying to navigate back in forth to the sections to find answers took along time let alone how long the sections were to find the answers .. their are easier courses out there from what other electricians mention and for cheaper .. other than that if you wanna rack ur brain and you have alot of extra time to waste the course might fit you well ..

It got the job done but...
One, change is hard. So I love the way Jade use to be. It help me understand the code where thing are located. The question came after read the two paragraphs. Very easy to understand the code book. Not just pass the test.
