Jack & Bo offer the cutest styles with the best customer service. Kia was amazing to work with. Over live chat she was able to ensure I had the items I needed with high quality fabrics typical of Jack & Bo. I received two items that were damaged and she came up with a reasonable solution at the drop of a hat.

I dont know where people are saying the clothes are cute. They are not at all. We ordered my daughter 3 items. All are hard, rough, dry material. Not soft at all. They are all overly sized. My daughter doesn't fit in any of the 3 items we ordered. She is brand rep for Jack & Bo, but they website is not user friendly and since none of the outfits fit her. She can't very well model in them. We're supposed to get a tree to plant and I never got information on that when I reached out to them I got a simple you should be getting an email shortly and I never got that email. The shipping was a nightmare it took like 5 weeks maybe 6 to get my order. My items went to CHINA! When I asked about it, I was told they go to the " nearest" distribution center. We'll I don't live near CHINA! not good quality and they just want $$. Mitch kept messaging me about ordering something. Placing my first order, over and over and over. I had to finally message back and tell them I was busy and haven't gotten around to it. Very pushy. My daughter models for other shops and it's never been an experience like this. We should be able to DM pics of them in the outfits not set up a profile etc. Time consuming. Plus like I said nothing fit her. Scroll past the few good comments and the real ones are on the bottom.

The website is super user friendly and we were able to place our order within minutes. The post office forgot to update our tracking information after they picked up the order so we reached out to JacknBo through Instagram and spoke with Patricia (amazing service) who gave us an update right away. And sure enough, shortly after, we received our order. The quality of the clothes is really nice, doesn’t look cheep, and I’m actually so excited to dress my little one up and show off his outfits! Will definitely be purchasing again.

First off I am in love with these outfits 100% worth the price and second I want to thank Mitch for helping me reorder the clothing that I had shipped to the wrong address. It was completely my fault but I was still able to get my new order! I've never experienced better customer service in my life. I'm absolutely inlove with this company.

Ordered a set for my little kiddo, took a bit to get here, but overall I LOVE IT! Sizing is a little big compared to some other brands, but overall the set is VERY soft and doesn’t upset my littles sensitive skin AT ALL! Patricia was also amazing with helping me with shipping times as well :)

Ordered, a month went by and no items. I reached out SIX TIMES and all anyone could tell me is my order shipped and is on its way. But NO ONE could give me a ship date or tracking number so I asked to speak with a supervisor and get a tracking number and instead my order was immediately refunded after I sent that email.
