I waited 2+ MONTHS, still nothing
I was so excited to order from this company. Looked pretty quality and had great variety including toys I was planning to purchase at a later date. I ordered 2 onesies. My order wasn’t even ACKNOWLEDGED from dispatch for over a month! Now another month has gone by and it’s somehow only made it from Miami, FL to Atlanta… I ordered Feb 27th. It is now April 19th… STILL don’t have the package. Was very patient with waiting for updated order info but my child had already outgrown what I ordered 2+months ago now. Absolutely ludicrous to expect customers to accept this. The only positive I can say is that customer service responses were very quick (mostly next day) and seemed understanding. Was offered several apologies told it was “on the way soon” but offered a 50% refund and keep the product or send it back for a full refund. Being that it’s been over 50 days and still no product I insisted I get my full refund now. Done waiting for this imaginary package.
