I will never order anything from this place again. Soooo disapointed to see my baby shower "gift" package delivered in a cheap "envelope" and then to have all the clothing items just hand stuffed into an envelope and being smashed / wrinkled up in a ball. What an eye site for a "special baby shower gift". This gift was for my son and his wife's very first baby shower and the package / gift is delievered to them with not one effort of "gift wraping", like in a nice presentable box with a little decorative paper and bow inside. Jackandbo were told in the comment section when I placed my order on line, and also told "over the phone" that this order is a gift for a baby shower. Thier web site said items were in stock, yet the package arrived 40 days after I placed the order, way after the baby shower took place. You would think Jackandbo would have taken a little effort to "gift wrap", but they just stuffed a cheap envelope not caring how smashed or wrinkled the clothing items appear to the gift recievers when they open the package. So disappointed that I will never order anything from them again..

I love the quality of the clothing! Love the price’s too! They have the cutest sets for boys and girls!

Terrible shipping and experience. Took over two months to receive 2 pieces of my 6 piece order. Will NEVER order from here again.

If only I could give 0 stars! Company is an absolute scam! Was contacted asking if my daughter would be an ambassador. Agreed, placed an order on the 14th of Jan. It's now March. And there is no tracking for the order, it doesnt even look like its left china. After multiple emails I received the same copy and paste message about being patient. Finally went through the bank to get a refund as I couldn't get a response from anyone. Then lo and behold I actually got contact from someone. Do not waste your money and don't bother wasting your time either! Also recently found the same products of a site called patpat for MUCH CHEAPER Update; in reply to the response. My order was never cancelled. I had absolutely 0 responses that were not copy and paste messages and even gave you a 14 day warning to contact me before I went to get a refund through the bank. Please don't play it off as a misunderstanding when it wasnt. Updated as of 27/03; the company has now decided to counter my claim with the bank who refunded me. Clearly contradicting the reply they have put below saying my order was cancelled and they happily refunded. Stay away from this company.

The cloth are such great quality and not to mention beautifully made. The service was also amazing, thank you Jack & Bo, can’t wait to purchase more for my daughter.

This is not a legit and reliable company. I’m trying to save others from being duped. I placed an order January 9. It is February 21 and the order hasn’t even been received by USPS. I’ve contacted customer service so many times and continue to receive assurances that it’s on the way. It’s a loss. They sell baby clothes..babies grow fast and most likely will not fit by the time I receive..which I highly doubt will happen. Thieves.

Also starting to think this company is a scam…. I’ve had 3-4 reps reach out asking my daughter to be an ambassador. She is a newborn and I thought it would be exciting to begin this journey with Jack n Bo. Unfortunately I’m starting to lose faith and trust considering I made a purchase over a month ago but have yet to receive updates. Email correspondence shows item “shipped” 2/2 and Mitch wrote me on 2/3 stating no delivery date has been set but I should receive within allotted time frame. Upon reading these other reviews, it looks as though i’m not the only one with these experiences. Starting to make more and more sense as I continue to dig. Will be reaching out for a refund and/or contacting my credit card company to notify them of scam. Thanks.
