Poor quality took Almost a month and a half to arrive. Would never order again

Absolutely love the clothing from jack n bo! From the detail and quality of the clothing to the customer service everything has been amazing! I’ve been dealing with Mitchel and he’s kept me up to date through out the whole process. Keeping in touch with me while the orders getting processed and sent out to emailing and making sure I’ve received it! Could not recommend any small business more! Such an easy going experience ordering and such kind considerate caring staff behind the business🤍

shipping and delivery was a little slow for me (almost 2mo) BUT the quality of clothes i received is immaculate! the bubble onesie is SO SOFT and the shoes are very stretchy and comfy! they’re both going to be worn for as LONG AS POSSIBLE! service with the jack & bo team were very helpful with my questions and concerns. they weren’t too “professional” they replied to me as if we were family, very comfortable and that was amazing to me! i would like i thank Mitchel and the rest of the Jack & Bo team that have helped me and guided me throughout the whole process!

Beautiful quality and designs

This company is a fraud. I ordered something on 2/28 and it hasn’t shipped and no one has a better update than that. Their ambassador program is a trick to get you to spend money on items you will never receive.

I purchased a large Berber play mat. Mitchel helped me understand the ambassador program which did not include this item but in lieu Mitchel found a 10% discount and took care of everything. I’m excited to lay out my new play mat.
