Jace AIReviews of jace.ai

Gracias

This is better than a live executive asistant! It completely understands my voice. The fact that it automatically drafts responses is golden. I find that I only have to tweak a little before pushing send, which saves me countless hours. What is most helpful, however, is the back-end thinking it does when drafting emails - examining my calendar, referring to history buried deep in my inbox that I have forgotten about, and reviewing or creating relevant google documents. I also appreciate how it will suggest additional actions, like offering to draft related documents, create calendar invitations, look up flights, etc. I was a CEO for 20 years with a full time executive assistant. Jace AI does what she did for me (and better) now as a consultant. (One powerful example was when it responded to a client email attaching a draft engagement contract. Jace automatically compared the draft with my other contracts for other clients, drafted a response detailing changes needed, and drafted a red-line version of the contract - all without my prompting!)

Jace.ai has impressed me from the start. I am very satisfied with Jace and absolutely love how it adapts to my unique tone, allowing for a truly personalized experience. The custom instructions feature is powerful, letting me fine-tune how Jace responds. What sets Jace apart is its seamless integration with other tools, which greatly enhances my workflows and productivity. Highly recommended for anyone who values flexibility and clever automation!

Absolutely incredible tool! Jace.ai is a truly amazing program. It uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts that perfectly match my writing style and previous replies. The results are incredibly accurate and natural — it feels like having a personal assistant who knows exactly how I communicate. What really makes AE stand out is its ability to read and analyze attachments, providing context-aware responses that save me an enormous amount of time in my daily work. It has become an essential tool for my practice, improving both my productivity and the quality of my communication. Highly recommended to anyone who values efficiency, precision, and smart automation.

Great Ai mailing

Like the wording, writing style and the learning curve. However disappointed due to synchronisation issues between email vs jace.ai Also not always jace prepares the email in avance so still requring lots of manual work from my side

best ai on the market for gmail. incredible help in daily life

It's very easy to integrate with Gmail, and it learns quickly, excelling at creating drafts. While not perfect yet, I believe it will be in a few months. It's already saving me hours each day.
