A refill is non existent, I've got 2 UPS notices says pending pickup..LOL 3 weeks ago, and another one from a different pharmacy they used that says delivered... LOL to another state. It does not matter to them about delays, their responses are scripted and it's the 3-5 day delay Blah, Blah, Blah.... Well it's been 3-5 days now 6 times this month. And still no Meds. I did get another response today...Says your meds are filled should receive in 3-5 days !!! LOL, LOL,LOL....What a joke.

My tirzepatide order arrived late. It was suppose to be shipped via UPS overnight due to concerns I expressed regarding the extreme heat my meds were exposed to. They lied. My order was exposed to high heat between Tampa, Orlando, Louisville and finally Las Vegas. My order sat in 3 different UPS facilities exposed to high heat. The ice pack that was used to keep my meds cold failed. My order shipped on July 2nd from Tampa and arrive in Las Vegas about 4pm Saturday, July 5th. These meds when exposed to high heat are unusable. Customer service notified via the support portal on July 5th and as of today, I still have not heard back.

The process of signing up is easy. The tracking is horrible. I'm two refills in and the medication has not arrived on time either time. The medication arrived warm and they don't pack the medication well. The communication could be better from the support team as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The medication works, however they are AWFUL with every single delivery. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy on June 25th and I have not received anything. I was charged right away and I am going out of the state for 3 weeks at the end of this week so the medication will be sitting outside in the heat and be ruined and no one has cared. They offered me $20 which is ridiculous. It is clearly AI responding and no true people to help. This company doesn’t care about their customers at all and just want their money.

For several days, I messaged support and the doctors via chat, but no one responded. When I finally received a reply, the representative merely offered an excuse without taking any action. After waiting a couple more days, I reached out again, and Van quickly responded. He was able to get my order moving after there had been no progress since 15JUN. As of today, July 7, my order still has not arrived. When I checked the tracking number- it was delivered to Kansas City. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging patients without processing their orders. It took almost 30 days to fulfill an order for which I had already been charged on 15JUN. Because of this experience, I do not plan to recommend your services to anyone. I have begun to transfer my business to Prime Health.
