The pillow is nothing like it was advertized
The campaign was a year later than promised. I finally receive my pillow, but it is nothing like advertized. It is just memory foam with a few diamond indentions. The campaign made it look like the lattice would be separate and add softness to it. That is the reason I backed this. Based on the videos, it was supposed to have cushion on top of the memory foam. It is way to hard and uncomfortable. I let my wife try it, and she said it was too hard to sleep on. So now it is just laying at the foot of the bed. This was an expensive lesson to not back anything that isn't from a verified legitimate source. I don't understand why it took more than a year if all they were going to do is stamp out memory foam. There is no '3D design'. I don't see any cooling gel, air cells, or diamond lattice 'zero pressure' overlay. Their video shows an egg not being able to break. No egg would survive the pressure test. There is no 'individual diamond cell'. It is just diamond indents into the memory foam. This whole campaign was a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
