If I could give a zero, I would. Backed her project on Kickstarter. Delivery was expected to begin on July 6, 2026. Last update on Kickstarter was August 26, 2026. Neither Ivana nor her Alpha team responds to comments or direct emails. Almost every single backer who has posted comments are all negative. Poor communication and customer service is non-existent. Do not back her projects because she has all the signs of a scammer. Do not buy from her website either because you will lose your money. She is registered as an LLC. If you have a similar experience which I am certain many of you have, don’t hesitate to submit a complaint to the Inspector General and the Office for Customer affairs in California. Is time to make her accountable for her actions and have her LLC closed for fraudulent activity. She has to deliver the goods or reimburse the money.

I have never received a reply to my emails telling them that I still haven’t received my pillow.

Backed one of their products on Kickstarter, received the primary product but still waiting on the remainder of what I'd backed for constituting half the backing cost. It's now been almost a year since the project, I've submitted multiple tickets to their helpdesk and Kickstarter team but have heard nothing back. Having no direct contact options also makes it incredibly difficult to get any sort of resolution. Update (11 SEP 2026) - ID's founder reached out and helped resolve my original issue, but only after seeing this review. The Kickstarter item itself and the additional rewards are fantastic: the pillow is a 5/5, the additional sheets are a solid 4.5/5 (sheets could be somewhat softer, but still quite comfortable). The overall experience still leaves a bit of a sour taste, however, so the rating for the experience will remain at one star. I hope Ivana and her team can take this as a learning experience and do better by their customers in the future.

They launched a product on Kickstarter and have not fulfilled. Furthermore, the charge for shipping was double that of the estimate. The delay currently stands at 3 months. They ignore all emails and contacts made via website contact form.

SCAMMERS!! Dishonest product launched asking to pay in advance. Campaigns which are designed as a money grab. Delivered half my order only after months of chasing and being ignored via all communication channels. The remainder of my order is still missing although they asked me to pay for additional shipping fees and shipping insurance totalling over $260 alone. Careless and corrupt, SCAM!!

I bought the infinity sponges but never received the product. The customer support is also not responding. So please refrain from buying there.

Backer 1701 of Infinity Sponge. A dishonest company that makes millions of dollars off the backs of uninformed people. It constantly and suddenly doubles the shipping costs of any product after the product has been purchased, blackmailing the buyer with only two options: - either give up the product and not even get a refund, thus losing the money - pay double the shipping costs and get the product (maybe, and late) They are doing everything they can to try to clean up their image on the internet, deleting comments, cleaning up reviews, etc., but we honest consumers are more numerous and more aggressive. Now, thanks to AI, it is very easy to find out who is corrupt, and anyone who doesn't trust them just needs to do some thorough research. Incidentally, it often dishonestly mentions “over 30 crowdfunding projects,” but anyone can do the math, and there are far fewer (13 if you count those published on multiple sites, because otherwise there would be only 9 products). I would also like to know why, after so many commercial successes (according to you), there are no well-known or important creators in the sector of those specific products who have reviewed or talked about them, but only advertising clips and pre-packaged videos. There are many honest companies out there; you just have to start behaving honestly and legally.
