Unfortunately it took 2 years of persistence to get the products that I paid for. In the end, I did receive them and like them. I would of given 5 stars if got them when expected.

UPDATE: While my initial review was 1 star for lack of contact when I was trying to begin the refund process, I have decided to go back in and change my score. The owner of the company reached out to me and informed she personally was looking into why my outreach was not being responded to as this was not normal. After getting a better bead on the situation, she decided to expedite the refund process for me. She was quick to help and make sure I was assured this was not the normal process. And to go back to my initial review, the quality of the pillow itself was fine, it just wasn't what I was expecting so any negatives were solely for the initial lack of communication. Very glad with how the company remedied the situation.

Purchase a pillow for $119 on one of their Kickstarter projects that was never delivered. I was able to reverse the additional $28 shipping charge. No contact on Kickstarter or their website. Don't buy from them. Update: After writing this review, they finally contacted me and sent me my pillow.

⚠️ My order has been shipped. They contacted me and sent me the product. I hope everyone else has received their order as well Once I receive the product, I will check whether it meets its description and functionality. For now, I'll leave my first comment below before they contact me: --------------------------------------- I backed a product on Kickstarter and paid $76 on December 11, 2025, but I have still not received the product. I have tried multiple times to contact the campaign creator, but none of my messages have received any response. The complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating. When checking the campaign page, I also noticed many other backers reporting the same issue in the comments - undelivered products and no replies from the creator. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me lose trust in this campaign. I strongly advise people to be very cautious before supporting similar projects, especially when there is no transparency or communication from the creator. I hope this issue will be addressed and that affected backers will receive either the promised product or a refund.

EDIT: In the end, I did get everything that I ordered. The towels specifically came in on March 25th, so nearly 4 months to the day after my initial order. I did bump my rating up to 3 stars instead of just 1, because the items are absolutely fantastic, and the owner took the time to reach out personally. I had two orders with this company. One direct on their website, and one on Indiegogo via the platform's "Pledge Manager" service for completed projects that still have product available. This is important because I was not backing a project speculatively, but buying a finished project. I emailed the company about my order that I placed directly on their website. I received quick and helpful respones. Until I mentioned I had yet to recevie my Indiegogo order, they asked for me to send them the order information, which I replied with a full page screenshot of my order. That was 3 months ago, and despite countless messages, I can not get anyone from Ivana Designs to reply to me or refund me or even just process my refund.

Purchased over $469 of product and never received either the shipping confirmation nor evidently the product in over a year. They never responded to e-mails sent through their webpage, LinkedIn, KickStarter, etc. Total scam. UPDATE: After some weeks of me posting here, I was contacted and finally (over a year later) I got the product. I am updating the stars to 3 because I did like the products and once they contacted me they were responsive.
