Kunne ikke leje film på Itunes, Ringer op til kundeservice. Venter først en halv time, får endelig fat i kundeservice. Han beder Mig om at gennemgå en standard liste. Tænd, sluk indstil tid al dette blev gjort inden man ringer op. Fetr at have snakket med kundeservice i 5 minutter blive man sendt til senior teknisk support. Venter 30 mins, kommer igennem og han starter med at sige de intet kan gøre, de har problemer med hjemmesiden. Hvorfor skulle jeg så vente 1 time, når beskeden kunne blive sagt på jeres telefonsvarer. Derudover nægter i at kompensere folk for at have spildt deres tid og penge på at ringe til jer. Bisher konnte ich von meiner iTunes Bibliothek Musik auf mein Bose Sound Wave Touch streamen. Seit den Updates geht das plötzlich nicht mehr. So kann man es auch erzwingen neue Produkte zu kaufen. Schade, dass das heute allgemeine Praxis zu sein scheint und statt Kundenfreundlichkeit nur Dollar in den Augen erscheinen. Apple - nein Danke!

Once I paid £4.99 and I got charged £36. I have given multiple chances to Apple. At some point I didn't even buy anything and I got charged £4.99. When contacting Apple, they kept insisting it was my fault or my family's. They refused to refund this fraudulent charge. My bank asked me to avoid making purchases with Apple. A bank assistant advised me that they, too, got scammed by Apple iTunes. Avoid, avoid, avoid this company; they are scammers.

There are many reviews that are exactly the truth. When you order a I-Tunes product every so often it prompts you to Verify your apple account. It takes you to your account payment and you must put in the three fidget code which is now missing in the card information. Once you do andclick on done it returns you to your purchase app. The issue is no desposibled as ordered not one credit! You then try again and it prompts your all set and gives you your desposibled. Problem now is they bill for 2 times and you get 1 order. This happens all the time two charges one product! They rip off so much money it would make you sick to know the bottom line. These are horrible double billing bandits. Your credit card is safer with hackers stealing your information than constant double billing Apple.
