Very good product - just don’t use too much

Great product.

I had ordered several items to satisfy my cooking and baking needs. When my shipment arrived, there was only one pound of ground hazelnuts, instead of the two pounds I had ordered. I contacted customer service and let them know that the shipment was one pound of ground hazelnuts short. The customer service rep apologized for the inconvenience and told me that she would send an order to the warehouse to ship my missing hazelnuts right away. I received my missing hazelnuts about a week later. As usual, I’m very satisfied with both their products and customer service.

At the end of Oct I ordered 10 lbs of Sugar Free Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. When the order arrived the first part of Nov we received Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1st ingredient was sugar. We called Delish and they sent a shipping label to return them. They sent the order a second time same thing Real Chocolate Chips. I called and cancelled my order and they sent another shipping label to return them. We received the refund for the product but never received a refund for the $14.90 shipping for a product we never received and for which I requested a refund. No I will not be ordering again!

My order arrived when it was scheduled. When I opened the apricots they smelled like they were beginning to ferment and they tasted terrible. I then opened the fruit and nuts mix and the nuts were very rancid. This was the second and last time I place an order.

I can always count on Its Delish to have the freshest, best quality items available. The prices are well within my grocery budget, so I can even splurge and get more scrumptious goodies. Shipping is a bit steep, but under the circumstances, I normally order at least 15-20 lbs. at a time. I’m extremely thrilled I found Its Delish and will be a life-long customer.

If you knew how good it is you would buy it all, so I won't say.

My dehydrated veggies arrived in less then a week, I have already used much of my order, the veggies taste great!
