Dried jalapeño container full of worms and flying bugs

Similar to some others. Canned messages. No answer to specific questions. Abysmal customer service. Inaccurate to non-existent tracking information. Not received yet. According to existing tracking, it hasnt moved in a WEEK. Ordered through walmart.com NINE days ago. I'll be back to review quality ( italian seasoning, celery leaf flakes).....IF, I ever receive it..........

it could have been rectified by a 3 minute phone call. The problem, I believe, was that your Shipping selection in your program was defaulting to the Buyer address and not recognizing the shipping address. If I knew what you were doing to correct it, I would not have paid UPS $31.92 to send what you sent to me back. More uncertainty caused by your system of not wanting to speak to your customers.

I buy from them pretty often. I've enjoyed the quality of the products. Shipping pretty decent.

The glazed walnuts I ordered are very tasty.

exactly as described and unique

Timely delivery on a fair-priced, quality product. Love when I bite into a creamy, sweet, fresh brazil nut.

Great product at a reasonable price.
