This item great. Thank you

I called on Monday, October 13 asking about my order which was supposed to arrive on October 9th (I paid for fast shipping!). I was told that it was delayed and I asked for it to be cancelled. However, it arrived on October 14th. I called several times and emailed about cancellation but no one responds. I think the service is not good and I am now stuck with the product I don’t need!

Was very satisfied with not only the delivery but also the quality of the product! Thank you!

Poor communication. Inaccurate shipping times. Terrible customer service. No initiative.

The toffee coated cashews were ok. I've had better though.

I placed an order Sept 24. Most of it arrived Oct 1st. It's Oct 10th now. One of my items had a "B.O." written in. I called in the day I opened the package (1st or 2nd), and got a "yes, that's back ordered and will ship Monday" response. I have *not* had any further communication, even with multiple emails (replying to the sales email address, which they claim works) or the generic info@ address, or another automatic message for my remaining items being shipped. On top of that, the order shows complete on my profile, even though half my order wasn't filled. I love these guys chocolate products, but the customer experience for problems needs some serious attention.

Fantastic stuff! My family is happily grabbing handfuls of fruit and nuts instead of chips

I ordered the item for a friend who was not feeling too great. She was impressed by the packaging of the items; and it turns out nuts are one of her favorite things.
