Found a piece that I had been looking for for a long time to add to the collection. Received it rather quickly, and great packaging.

I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered several items and received them in perfect condition sooner than quoted. The descriptions were accurate and everything was carefully wrapped. I am impressed with the quality of glass of my bong. I recommend them and will buy again.

I consider myself a top shelf shopper, I was worried about this website and purchasing. I took a chance and order two Roor items, I was immediately emailed with amazing customer service. Items arrived, authenticity was legit....couldn’t recommend them higher to purchase from!!

I Ordered a beautiful glass piece by Jane West unfortunately it was cracked from the bottom when it arrived. I contacted customer support and they resolved my issue right away. They told me they no longer carried Jane West glass but they would send me anything else around what I paid for the JW pipe and will add a discount. I ended up buying a Grav Helix pipe which I loove and a new dab rig. I'm so happy with the new pieces I received been using them for a couple of weeks now and they are bomb!! Best customer service out there. Thank you 💜
