I got my package in a timely manner when I opened it up it was cracked so I sent an email actually thought I sent two emails but only one went through probably because you have to do some kind of arithmetic at the bottom and you got some funky symbols instead of just plus minus divide who knows anyways got an answer to my second email right away and got a replacement ship to me which I appreciate very much thank you so I would definitely do absolutely all my business with you for this product

Shipping was very fast but most of all customer service was on point! Had an issue with the order and 420 team corrected it right away. Good experience and I will be back for any glass accessories.

It's 4:20 somewhere has been the only online head shop that has been reliable, helpful, good quality, and decently priced, that I have found. I did get a bowl that was chipped a little bit from them. But I contacted them, and they instantly sent a new one out It was at my house within, I think, 2 or 3 days, so I am more than pleased with customer service and product quality from Its 4:20 Somewhere.
