I purchased your 3 in 1 Cordless Rechargeable Pool Vacuum Cleaner, which is fantastic. The suction is good and the attachments work well, I especially like the thin one for pool edge.

Purchased a battery powered paint sprayer. Tracking the parcel internationally was complicated, the parcel was well overdue of the suppliers estimated delivery time. Contacted supplier to email parcel status. Meantime parcel arrived, email reply was a week later. In my opinion the supplier should send the purchase customer details of the tracking method relevant to that particular country in the first purchase confirmation email, as I found it impossibly complicated on the internet to track a parcel comming from china to NZ. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hello Wayne, We apologize for any inconvenience caused by your experience. Regarding your order shipment: due to cross-border logistics, packages must first arrive via flight, clear customs, and then be transferred to local carriers for final delivery. For shipments to New Zealand, the typical delivery timeframe is 7-9 days. We’ve checked your order, and it was delivered and signed for within 8 days, which falls within this window. Thank you for choosing iToolMax—we truly appreciate your support. Best regards, iToolMax Team

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a 3 in 1 cordless pool vacuum for my above ground pool. I thought it would be handy. When I got it , it was a little dinky thing, which would not begin to do what advertised. So I sent it back for a refund. That's when the run around started. They offered me a discount, which I did not accept. Then said I had to be approved to send it back. They sent me the address to send it to. I sent it to that address. After awhile I checked back and they checked their warehouse and said they have not received it. They said they needed the approval number for the return, which they did not send. Then they wanted me to retrieve the package and send it to the proper return address. How could I retrieve it if they or I either one didn't know where it was. So I have not received my refund! I have never had this type of experience before!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a scam!

Hello Dan, We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you've experienced, and we take this matter very seriously. Regarding your feedback, we've verified that you previously processed the return for this order without requesting the return address and unique identification code in advance. You also did not provide the courier label containing key information like the return address and identification code upon return. Instead, you provided only a tracking number without specifying the carrier. As a result, we are currently unable to verify the delivery of your return using the identification code. If you require a refund, please provide the courier label with the return address and other information. We will promptly follow up with you. We will also contact you via email, so please check back. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Warm regards, iToolMax Team

I purchased a paint gun which has no pressure. I tried troubleshooting and when nothing worked, I contacted customer service. We have gone back and forth annd after I boxed up the paint gun, they asked me to send them a video. I'm not going to send a video because no matter what, at this point, I just want a refund. It's like they're forcing me to keep a defective product. It's either defective or constructed very poorly. And not of good quality. Since they are not responding to my last email, i'm going to dispute the charge with my financial institution. I'll never do business with this company again due to their lack of customer service and quality of the merchandise I purchased.

I appreciate how adaptable this drip irrigation setup is. I'm able to swap out the sprinklers and trim the tubing to match my garden's design exactly.
