I order from itechdeals periodically. This last order had one item - a DVD - which refused to play on my equipment. When I called the problem to their attention, they identified several possible resolutions and gave me my choice, which they followed through on.

iTechDeals sold be Beats urBeats headset in july 15, 2017 which was originally sold by Apple in Nov 2016 and then re-sold to me as new. It stopped working within 2 months of my purchase. Will never buy from this place.

I ordered 3 apple earbuds for $7.99 apiece. The reason I bought them is to be able to talk while I am driving. The person I am talking to is unable to hear me, although I can hear them. When I looked at the return policy, you have to return a nonworking product within 5 days. I didn't open them for two weeks. I would not order from this company again.

I ordered from Itechdeals in September. Received an email on September 28th stating my package had shipped . It's now October 31st and I still have not received the item. Now I get at least 2 emails a day from them trying to sell me more items.
