I really don't have nothing negative to say.I bought two mystery boxes from them and when I emailed them with any shipping problems,which only happened once.The problem was taken care of very quickly.

I have nothing bad to say with customer service.I purchased twice with them and if I had any shipping problems they fix it up right away.

I had a delivery issue and thru some back and forth emails, this company stood up for me. I am very pleased with the outcome and would do business with them again, Thank you again.

I find the best stuff on this site, and although you can't call someone with a problem, customer service email support is fast, responsive and helpful.

There was a misunderstanding on my order which was taken care of and now have the product I ordered and very happy !!

Over two weeks and my computer I purchased still hasn't even shipped. Could have bought the same thing on Amazon or eBay for same price and had it 10 days ago.
