ItalicReviews of italic.com

Great customer service. My item wasn’t eligible for a return since it’s a gift from a member but they were very nice and had a solution. They were fast and reliable.

I've had to return two of my orders from Italic after being quite disappointed by the quality. The sheets degrade significantly in quality after just one wash (even when using high-end detergent and conditioner from The Laundress), and the clothes resembled H&M quality-- uncomfortable and poorly-fitted. You're better buying off from H&M because it's more expensive to buy these relabeled faux luxury clothes from Italic than to buy from H&M if you break down the membership price as an added per-item cost. What's worse is that even though they state many times on their website that they do not moderate or censor their reviews, my reviews of their sheets and clothes no longer show on their website, which makes me wonder what their actual average customer experience is if negative reviews are hidden. Update: shortly after I posted this review, Italic tried to remove my review by claiming to Trustpilot that my review was actually for a different company (it obviously wasn't). Now I'm even more disappointed by their false claims of unmoderated, uncensored reviews.

They provide a great servicing giving you ultra high quality goods for ridiculously lower prices than retailers.

Amazing bedsheets

Excellent products! I have multiple items from them. The cashmere pants are breathable and very comfortable, great for lounging. The pink men's sneakers are very stylish, once you break them in the are comfortable as well. It's great being able to get a quality product that isn't marked up just because of the fancy brand. #NoLableGang :) Highly recommend.

Huge fan of the pricing, and pleasantly surprised by how well everything has held up! My backpack and water bottle are essential travel and work gear. I hope their sneakers are coming back soon! I've heard great things about it on Reddit.

Best deals I’ve ever gotten and the products are superb. Ive spent at least 1k at italic and am super impressed

Bought multiple items from Italic (towels, bed sheets, candles, etc), and have been super satisfied each time Timely delivery, great customer service, and quality items
