The website changed their product assortment and now only focus on bed and bath related products. They also sell this membership which gives you a certain amount of credit to used on overpriced products. When I cancelled the auto-renewal for the membership, they just cancelled the entire membership before it expired. More than frustrating - bygones.

I've been a member for almost 3 years now. Overall I'm satisfied with the product quality, but the service itself is hit or miss. They changed their model in recent years where you pay $60 upfront for a year, and then you're given $15 in credits every quarter. The issue is, the credits will expire and upon reaching out to their customer service they say there's nothing they can do, despite their limited product selection so you may very well not see anything you want to buy every single quarter. I would trust this company more if they had more flexibility with their crediting system, instead of feeling forced to buy something or otherwise forfeiting the credit by quarter end. Their support responds VERY quickly so I'm quite skeptical I'm talking to an AI bot. Another issue I've faced is on two separate occasions, I purchased products that were many weeks later refunded due to them being out of stock. Why didn't they know it was out of stock before selling it to me? Overall, I like the concept of the company, but customer experience could be improved. I have cancelled my membership for the above reasons, as the inflexibility of the quarterly credits is not working for me.

I really wanted to love this — I need a good jacket for shoulder season that will fit and look elegant and far more expensive than it is. This isn’t the jacket. The leather felt cheap and over-treated, the style was boxy but not fashionable. I returned it. I would love an improved design and better quality materials, I definitely have a need for a good leather jacket

Updated 10/18/23: I received a response from Italic today via email. They apologized for the delay, refunded my original form of payment including the $8 return fee and gave a $25 credit to use at Italic. Thank you for remedying the situation. I purchased an item on 9/7/23 and returned it unused via UPS on 9/18/23. UPS tracking showed proof of delivery on 9/21/23. I have yet to receive my refund. I sent an email on 10/10/23 and got an automated reply. I sent another email 10/18/23 and got another automated reply. There is no phone # to contact customer service.

Italic will sell an item at full price, but if it later goes on sale, you will not be able to return it on their website. Italic says that it has a 30 day return policy for unwashed and unworn items of clothing. I purchased an item of clothing at full price, but it did not fit. When I went to return it less than a week after delivery, the website told me that a return was not supported for that item. Only because I triple checked the return policy did I bother to follow up with customer service and request that they honor the return. Apparently, even if you are sold an item at full price, the fact that it later goes on sale means that you cannot use their website to make a return. The customer service representative then reprimanded me for not "understanding" their process, which is apparently to deceive customers who are eligible for refunds.

Good towels, terrible customer service. I put these towels on my wedding registry and was so excited when I received them. Unfortunately, the person who sent the gift sent them in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and after many back and forth emails (they aren't available by phone) they said there is nothing they can do without contacting the person who ordered the gift. I don't want the gifter to know I am exchanging them for a different color...So I am stuck with these towels in a color I do not like and honestly don't know what I'm going to do with them. Next time I'll be shopping from more reputable places so I can avoid dealing with this ridiculous hassle.

We bought a pair of gold hoops for my mother, within 4 months the arm fell off the hinge. This is a testament more to the quality and the warranty/guarantee for the items. They only cover for 2 months. They gave a minimal refund and no offer to replace. We should have went with or initial want to purchase through Quince or Costco or a jewelry store where they cover the quality of the item for a year minimum. It’s sad for a $300 pair of earrings that she wore maybe 4 times.

The website says its the same at the Apple band but when I got it, the clasp was a bulky mechanical clasp while the Apple band uses a magnet
