I was very disappointed with Italic. I purchased a set of their "luxury" sheets and after 6 months holes started to appear on the fitted sheet. When I contacted customer service to discuss the matter, they said they would offer a $25 account credit. Unfortunately, they don't sell individual sheets. So now I can spend $400 to replace one fitted sheet that was their defective merchandise.

Bold membership is a complete scam. I emailed customer service dozens of times about problems applying my monthly credits and they never resolved them. They just kept gaslighting me. Don't waste your money!

I ordered a digital gift card and never received the card. My credit card was charged immediately. So far I have contacted their customer service 8 times with no resolution. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I’ll never order from Italic again.

I made a large purchase (diamond earrings) through Italic using Shop Pay, which always autofills my correct shipping and billing info. Somehow, Italic reversed them. I immediately reached out, but after long delays and unhelpful back-and-forth, they told me to fix it myself by paying UPS another $20 to change the delivery address. UPS now says they still can’t guarantee safe delivery to the new location. So I’ve lost time, money, and peace of mind—all because Italic mishandled my order. I’ve never had issues like this with any other Shop Pay purchase. Extremely disappointing customer service. Do not purchase from this business.

I hate this company. They’re unethical. The return policy is in fine print. Other companies will disclose if an item is non returnable at some point during checkout. I was even charged a $1.98 “redo fee” to be able to return or exchange these items. However whenever I went to return the items due to the quality and fit being poor, they “denied my request” to return. Don’t purchase from them. I hope they go out of business. Wasted money on a cheaply made and overpriced product.

Order 2 sets of utensils and needed 2 more but they are perpetually out of stock. Without 4 sets the utensils are useless and they won't tell me when they will get more stock. Now I need to return the original 2 sets since I can't trust they will ever restock. The customer service is terrible as well. The $100 membership fee is a rip off since they don't have any good items to purchase or won't stock.

Scam artists. Ordered diamond earrings, was sent plastic, and then when I requested a refund, they sent an internal email through their own system, which I of course did not receive, and now have to back charge.

Ordered 3 cashmere sweaters in the wrong size. I tried to return online but it didn’t work. I then emailed and texted them repeatedly and have received no response. I am now going to have to contact my credit card company to get the charges refunded.
