I don't like that the price went up. I don't see a reason for it. Nothing has improved or changed in my unit.

I made a payment after office hours (early due to holiday) on July 4th. This payment was not accepted and I was charged a late fee due to company policy of there being no one to accept it. Why have the drop box fir payment after hours if is not acceptable to pay that way and have it accepted?

Istorage is a pretty secure place to store your belongings with employees on site. We really only have one complaint and that is every month when our bank sends them the check, they never seem to post it in a timely manner. Last month our bank sent is on the 23rd for a due date of the 1st and they claimed they did not get it till the 7th or 8th. thus costing us a $30.00 late fee. I set up this payment on our banks bill pay to prevent this exact thing from happening. It seems quite a few other folks are also having the same problem with their accounts. This month I will be personally be delivering the check and make sure I get a receipt before leaving the property. We would still use them in the future it the need ever arises, but will know now how to pay them.

This iStorage Facility is Very convenient. It has a Great location and is Very well Maintained and Safe. Highly recommended.

This place is nothing but a bunch of garage doors to store stuff in. My stuff was ruined from rain and dirt that got in thru the door and it was never Colin there. Far from being climate controlled! They have one AC unit on the end of the building and they think that little thing will cool the whole building? I took my stuff out of there and moved it to the Lock Up on golden Gate Parkway and my stuff is all inside, stays clean and the whole building stay nice and cool. Well worth paying a little extra to keep my stuff in good shape. If you love your stuff then don't store it here!

The iStorage facility in east Naples is by far the best in the city of Naples, FL. Their prices are very affordable for all units, unlike all others facilities that charge sometimes double their amounts. The on board staff are very friendly. In addition, and this is the most important, I feel my items stored are safe - there are lots of remote cameras, everything is fenced in, alarm systems, etc.. So I feel all my stuff is being stored in a safe environment. I highly recommend their service.

Prices have increased over 30% since the new company took over. I had to take off work and spent half a day there because someone smashed the door to my unit and received nothing but a belligerent phone call from the manager who can't be reached without going to through the front office staff. Overall, I find that the place is not worth half what they charge. My next free weekend, I'm out.
