Ashley and Charles were super to work with for our 5 month storage experience as well as 3 well coordinated U-haul rentals. The unit was just what we needed and Ashley called us when it became available. The business is very well run and the storage unit was clean and bug free. I would highly recommend istorage and I will use it again if needed.

Prices are reasonable and competitive. They have climate controlled or NOT climate controlled as well as outdoor parking for boats and RVs. They even rent U-Haul if you need a truck or trailer

I've been with IStorage for two years. My rate has increased three times. It's not worth the cost.

We are going out of the storage because the rent is very high and we been there enough time to have a better rate. Things are getting bad, economy is not good and is too much money at this time.

Any payment of 3/6/12 months at a time should get a discount. Your competition is becoming very attractive. (minus one star) Your attendant does a wonderful job.

I was out of town and missed my payment date because of my credit card being compromised and bank stopped my card. By the time I figured out the card had a issue the payment was only a few days late and they charged me $75.00 for both storage unit I had. I have been a customer for 11 years and have multiple storage units. No other storage facility charges this much for late fee's. They refuse to work with me at all with the late fee's. I was very disappointed with their customer service during this situation. I don't recommend istorage to others.

Had a great experience with the staff and quality of the facility. The 3 month special was perfect for our short term needs.

Since the changeover the service has been excellent.
