We just got our storage unit and it is exactly what we were looking for. The staff really listened to our needs and directed us to a nice, clean, dry, first floor unit with climate control. We also like that we can purchase boxes, packing tape, a lock and other supplies that we need. The location is perfect for us.

I honestly have no complaints or anything they could do better. I purchased my unit after having major colon surgery, and the manager was so nice about making sure I was comfortable while she drove to my unit and opened it for me because it was too heavy. She was so genuinely nice, I would highly recommend this iStorage to anyone.

Very courteous and helpful service, after hours access is available. Clean units and reasonable prices. Right by I75 so it's a great location. Definitely recommended.
