Super fast shipping and my sandals arrived exactly as expected.

I had purchased 2 pairs of Rainbow flip flops through Amazon.com and ended up returning both. I was convinced Amazon was sending me the wrong size! Both pairs (yes, they were identical) were extremely narrow. I have never had problems fitting normal-width shoes and even thought my feet were on the more narrow side. So after the second return I tried another seller and stumbled upon IslandSurf. I ordered the same size I had with Amazon and again was frustrated that they were too narrow. (Maybe it's me....?) So I chatted online with "Jenny" and she quickly told me that 2 years ago Rainbow changed the cut of their flip flop and that I should instead go with a men's large. Ah-ha! She was spot on with her customer service -- not only knowledgeable, but without prompting she told me what size I needed to get a proper fit. Thanks!

They had the cheapest Kavu and it arrived within a few days of ordering. Also they let know that they can answer any questions you need.

I ordered a pair of XL sandals and a L sized shirt. I got an email telling me my order was delivered, but what was delivered was actually an XL sized shirt. I emailed my complaint to island surf and got a form email back, in which it suggested I would have to possibly pay for the shipping of the shirt I didn't order back to them, but also that my sandals were in a different shipment? Huh? Super confusing
