IslandSurf is top notch.

Wrong shoes
I am disgusted in this company's customer service, I ordered a pair of OTBT bushnell( black size 7), but what I received instead were the wrong shoes and to add insult to injury, they were used! When I called CS, to voice my opinion, I got chastised for the manner in which I was told I was speaking, not only that the SA hung up in my face, I pla on filing a complaint with the BBB

As there was no replacement available for the item, a full refund was applied to your order upon receipt of the return. We work hard to minimize inventory discrepancies.
