Even though I chose standard delivery, my order arrived within 3 business days! Yay!

Ordering from a new online vendor can sometimes be an adventure. I'm happy to say that the staff at Island Surf exceeded all expectations and turned what most would consider an inconvenience into a breezy transaction. After my initial order was placed they informed me that the sandals I ordered were on back order. With a wedding in (3) weeks I was quite nervous that they would come in. Not only did the associate get with the buyer, have these added to an existing PO, she also followed up with multiple phone calls as she said she would (a rarity nowadays). In addition to keeping me well informed along the ways I was also given an unexpected 10% discount for my "trouble". Can't say enough about Island Surf and their customer service... says a lot about their company, in my opinion. Thanks again for all your help AND having the lowest price on the web. I'll be back.

I purchased a pair of uggs, and they arrived in a very timely fashion. However, the day after I purchased them I found them for about 20% cheaper elsewhere. I emailed Island Surf to cancel my order, but as it had already shipped it was too late. I was offered a 10% discount and given instructions on how to refuse the package so I would not have to pay for return shipping. They were very helpful and efficient in addressing my order! Great customer service!
