Ordered a brake caliper two weeks ago. No shipping details, no answer from customer service? This is why we should make products in America. The website said it would arrive in two to five days.

I ordered a scooter for my wife for Mother’s Day and it had a flat directly out of the box! I messaged customer support just to have them not do anything about it! I recommend spending your money elsewhere!

Their customer service is sketchy. If you buy through the actual site you have no protection. They do not allow returns (even if it hasn't been unpacked) BEWARE

Don't buy these bikes they don't stand by their merchandise if there is a problem. They want you to do all the leg work and won't resolve a problem. It's a 6 month old bike, road 4 times and won't charge. Please don't purchase from them they rip you off and won't fix a problem.

I purchased a scooter and immediately decided that I would prefer a bike. I contacted Isinwheel as soon as the scooter arrived (missing several parts). I ordered a bike with the intent of returning the scooter. I have contacted support 3 times by phone and 3 times by email to receive a return authorization. I am now over a week waiting for a label. When calling customer support the phone message is simply a loop and does not allow you to speak with anyone. This is a JOKE!

Buyer beware! Isinwheel does NOT honor their 1 year manufacturer warranty! If they end up not selling your scooter anymore, they will not repair or replace their defective product. You simply lose out. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Purchased the E9 Pro for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. It ran for 10 mins then stopped. After speaking with Customer Service and sending multiple pics and videos back and forth, parts were sent. A bike/scooter shop installed the parts for a small fee. The turn signals still don't work. The company wants to do the picture/video back and forth again. We are so done with the process. MY ADVICE: Pay more and purchase locally!!

The metal on the frame of the scooter literally cracked in half and it made my son fall, scratched up his arm. I have asked for it to be taken care of under their 12 month warranty and all they want to do is give me a 10% coupon to buy a new one, so that i spend more money on a new product instead of honoring their warranty. What kind of a company does this???
